A few frames #3 by Emil Widstrand

Time has passed since the last time I uploaded photos. Photography has been a struggle and low priority. My family, school and the fact that I´m lazy have been prioritized. Sometimes, for short periods, that changes and I feel it again. Today I didn’t feel it at all. But I pushed through and tried and tried. Recent week’s missions in school, applying looks to other people’s fashion photos made me play around with capture one and I´m pretty happy with the outcome.

…Nine frames to be precise.

Sometimes, about every two to three years, there’s a snowstorm in Stockholm. Every time it happens the whole town becomes paralized and the winter kickstarts.

This results in some kind of creative boost for my photography, a creativity that’s otherwise non-existent in this dark season.

I was equipped with the GFX50R and the 50mm f/3.5. I also managed to commit to the Xpan format for, maybe, the first time ever (digitally speaking of course). Edited with quite a bit of Cinestill 800T vibe.

…Don’t you just love the Fuji gfX-Pan!?

Sometimes you just need an hour and a snowstorm to create something.
